What We Offer

Every service at Stewart Health is built around one question: what’s actually driving this? Whether you’re recovering from surgery, dealing with pain that keeps coming back, or trying to stay competitive in your sport — the work starts with a thorough assessment, not a guess.

NKT Assessment + Therapeutic Bodywork

Clinical neuromuscular work that gets to the root cause.

NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) is a sophisticated assessment system that identifies the dysfunctional movement patterns your nervous system has stored in response to injury, surgery, or repetitive stress. These patterns are the reason your pain keeps coming back — even after treatment.

As an NKT Level 3 Practitioner — the highest certification level — Tish combines precise neuromuscular assessment with hands-on bodywork to release the compensating tissues and re-educate the movement patterns driving your symptoms. Sessions include movement homework so your nervous system retains the change between visits.

This approach is appropriate for: chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, postural dysfunction, and movement limitations that haven’t responded to other treatment.

Cold Laser Therapy (3LT®)

Accelerate healing at the cellular level.

FDA-cleared 3LT® low-level laser therapy delivers targeted light energy directly to damaged tissue — stimulating ATP production, reducing inflammation, and accelerating the body’s natural repair process. Used in post-surgical recovery, chronic pain management, nerve damage, and soft tissue injuries.

Cold laser is not heat-based and is non-invasive. Most clients notice reduced pain and improved range of motion within their first few sessions. It is frequently paired with NKT assessment and bodywork to address both the structural and neurological components of an injury.

Clinical Bodywork for Athletes

Treat the injury. Prevent the next one.

Athletes get hurt. The problem isn’t the injury — it’s the compensation pattern the body creates to protect it. Left unaddressed, that pattern becomes the setup for the next injury.

Clinical bodywork for athletes uses NKT assessment to identify exactly which muscles have been recruited to compensate for an injury, then systematically restores proper movement patterns through hands-on treatment and corrective exercise. The goal is not just recovery — it is building a body that moves the way it’s designed to move under load.

Available for youth athletes, recreational athletes, and competitive athletes at any level.
